Jess is one of the co-founders of Integrity Medical Billing. Her background in education keeps her passionate about training and teaching others. Jess is an analytical person with a gift for uncovering the root of an issue. Her creativity enables her to discover solutions that would otherwise be overlooked. She is a certified medical coder, biller and auditor and is a member of AAPC in good standing. 

Trina is the other co-founder of Integrity Medical Billing. She has over 20 years of experience working  as the Billing Manager of a successful clinic. Much of our success goes to her understanding of the revenue cycle in intricate detail. She is a certified medical biller and a member of AAPC in good standing. 

Wanda has spent many years in customer service and is often the first voice you hear when calling. She is a patient favorite! After speaking with Wanda, patients consider her a friend. She has a true gift for patient conflict resolution and assists offices in improving their customer satisfaction.

Joy came to Integrity with experience in accounts receivable, scheduling, data entry and insurance verification. She quickly took on vital roles managing multiple accounts. Her time spent in the medical office makes her a provider favorite as she is able to assist in training office staff.

Debbie spent over a decade as Secretary to the Training and Operations Manager for a 5,000 man Army unit. She is not afraid to take on tasks that many shy away from due to their tedious nature. She is a perfectionist and has great attention to detail.

Before joining Integrity, Tonia previously worked as the Deputy Clerk in the court system for over 10 years. Her years of experience in organizing and assisting in the filing of court documents has been a great asset to her accuracy in claims filing and accounts receivable.

Charles joined Integrity after having owned his own business for 22 years. His understanding of the collection process plays a vital role in our ability to collect all funds due to our providers both from patients and insurance companies. 

Glen retired from the company that he had owned for over 25 years before joining Integrity. For local clients, he will become a familiar face as he pops in and out of offices. His years spent as a business owner makes him knowledgeable about all aspects of the business process from day to day operations to backend collections.

Larry joined Integrity after serving our country in the US Army. After retiring from active duty, he worked for a Defense Contractor as a Combat Training Analyst  and then for the Department of Defense as the Suicide Prevention Program Manager at Fort Polk, LA. His 30+ years of service with analyzing and simplifying data has become a valuable asset to our clients. He is also the courier for our Louisiana and Texas clients.

Kim's background in customer service and finance made her an obvious choice to add to our team. Her enthusiasm for learning makes her eager to tackle even the toughest of accounts.
